2023 WVHIMA Annual Convention – Save the Date

Dear CSA Members,

As promised, I am following up with exciting news! It is confirmed. The 2023 WVHIMA Annual Convention will be held March 29th, 30th & 31st 2023 at The Greenbrier “America’s Resort” located in White Sulphur Springs, WV. The theme will be “HIM Reunion” to celebrate our long-awaited return to an in-person meeting.

We have already begun the planning process with The Greenbrier, prospective speakers and vendors. We are looking for volunteers to assist the Annual Convention Chair & Committee as well as assist with Vendors and Sponsored Events. In addition to all of the educational opportunities planned, we will have fun events sponsored by our speakers and vendors. Please contact us if you would like to assist us.

Additionally, please do not be concerned with the room rates you see online. We have negotiated special room rates with The Greenbrier which will be communicated by the Annual Convention Committee in the near future. We anticipate providing you with a code that you will need to book the rooms at our special rates.
