Join Us at the 2025 WVHIMA Annual Convention

We’re thrilled to invite you to the 2025 WVHIMA Annual Convention! This year, we’re hosting the event at the Hollywood Casino in Charles Town, WV, on May 19-20. It’s a fantastic venue near the DMV area, with easy access to local airports to make your travels a breeze.

We’ve packed this year’s convention with a wide range of educational sessions and expert speakers across various topics. To make the event even better, exhibitor booths will be located right in the main room alongside the speakers, offering stunning views of the Charles Town Race Track and the rolling West Virginia mountains.
