Registration Now Open: WVHIMA 2026 Virtual Annual Conference

Registration is now open for the WVHIMA 2026 Virtual Annual Conference, taking place June 18-19, 2026.

This year’s conference will be held as a two-day synchronous virtual event, giving attendees the opportunity to participate live, engage with speakers, and earn CEUs from wherever they are.

Attendees may register for the full two-day conference or choose a single-day registration option based on their schedule and topic interests. While each day has a strong focus, the full conference provides the most complete look at the topics shaping HIM today.

This year’s agenda includes sessions focused on:

  • AI, automation, and autonomous coding
  • ICD-10 coding updates and documentation improvement
  • HIPAA privacy, patient access, and health data regulation
  • Patient engagement, digital health tools, and health literacy
  • AHIMA updates and advocacy efforts

Attendees can earn up to 11 CEUs by attending the full conference.

Early bird pricing is available through Monday, June 1, 2026.
